Frozen coconut meat

Frozen coconut meat is typically divided into halves and consists of the dried meat of mature coconuts, from which coconut oil with a wide range of applications is extracted. We carefully select mature coconuts to produce the highest quality coconut meat, which undergoes both sun drying and oven drying to keep the moisture content at a minimum. Our coconut meat is available in food-grade, standard-grade, and blended-grade varieties.
